Meet Dr. Mary J. Sanchez, DNP, RN, FMACP
For decades, I gave everything to my patients—working high-pressure shifts, making critical decisions, showing up for everyone around me. But behind the scenes, my own health was crumbling. I was burned out. I was exhausted to the core. And my mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical vitality had slipped so far that I found myself standing at a crossroads: choose to survive... or choose to truly live.
While experiencing the decline of my own health, I was also proudly serving my country in the United States Air Force—balancing duty to others while silently struggling myself.
That moment changed everything.
I turned to Functional Medicine—not just as a practitioner, but as a patient. I refused to let disease, genetics, or the demands of this world decide my future. I took back my health. I found my energy again. I found myself again.
Now, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.
I’m a Southern California native and proud graduate of the prestigious Loma Linda University, where I earned the highest doctoral degree in nursing. My advanced academic training is grounded in Scientific Underpinnings for Practice, Clinical Scholarship, Evidence-Based Research, Population Health, and Advanced Nursing Practice.
But I didn’t stop there—I pursued additional certification in Functional Medicine, where I truly discovered my passion for whole-person, preventive care. That pivotal step solidified my mission: to challenge and transform today’s fragmented healthcare system through root-cause healing and patient-centered strategies.
With a career shaped by hands-on experience and executive leadership across hospital systems, surgical trauma units, outpatient services, several specialized care areas, and Primary Care, I’ve had the privilege of bridging clinical excellence with scholarly depth—delivering a transformative, whole-person approach to modern medicine.
At ReYOUvenate360 Functional Health, I combine clinical expertise with evidence-based Functional Medicine to restore vitality from the inside out. We look beyond symptoms to uncover what’s really driving your health concerns—whether it’s chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances, inflammation, gut dysfunction, toxic overload, or mental exhaustion.
Whether you're showing up for your family, your community, your country, your career, or simply yourself—you deserve more than symptom management.
You deserve answers.
You deserve healing, strength, and power.
You deserve a practitioner who seeks to understand the lens of your world and fights for your well-being as fiercely as you fight for others.
This isn’t just Western medicine.
This is your turning point.
I don’t just want to manage your health—I want to help you reclaim it.
✨ Function Well. Live Better. ✨

Why I Created ReYOUvenate360
ReYOUvenate360 was built for the caregivers, the protectors, the high-performers who are often overlooked. You carry burdens most providers never ask about—chronic stress, toxic exposures, poor sleep, emotional exhaustion—and you deserve care that actually sees you.
Our mission is to help you recover what burnout has stolen: your energy, your strength, your spark.
We combine Functional Medicine with deep clinical experience to get to the root of what’s draining you—whether it’s gut dysfunction, hormone imbalance, inflammation, trauma, or long-standing stress.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all. This is personal. And it’s powerful.
What is Functional Medicine?
Functional Medicine is a patient-centered, systems-based approach that looks at the root causes behind your symptoms—not just the surface-level diagnosis.
Instead of simply asking what’s wrong, we ask:
Why are you exhausted even after 8 hours of sleep?
Why are your hormones out of balance?
Why is your gut affecting your focus, skin, or immune system?
By investigating how different systems in your body interact, we uncover what traditional medicine often misses—and create a personalized plan for healing from the inside out.
